隔間昏睡症指的是早上起床後本來覺得活力充沛，但一進辦公室就立即感到疲憊不堪，一股睡意猛然襲來，然後一整天都在昏昏沉沉的狀態中度過。奇怪的是，一旦離開辦公室，又會馬上精神百倍，甚至跑一趟馬拉松都沒問題。
